This property was very new and was beautiful. Even though it was somewhat interesting to enter the room through the bathroom area, we did enjoy the set up of the room. I liked that you could close off the shower and toilet area so the sink and mirror could be used separately and that there was also a door to separate the bedroom from the bathroom and sink area. This helped for when my daughter wanted to sleep in and I could get ready without disturbing her. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept great. The design of the room and overall hotel is very pretty and it was quiet and relaxing. We never heard noise from others. Also, every staff member we encountered were so helpful and kind. They helped us resolve issues and were always nice and welcoming.

The room had all the standard amenities (tv, minifridge, iron, wifi, etc.) But it also had an amazing shower, a makeup mirror, and tons of other little things that really added to our stay. The hotel bartender was very friendly and quick, and all of the staff were great! The location was also great as it was a short walk from the plaza. Honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Kansas City.

Ferguson

This hotel was GORGEOUS! Our room (plaza view corner room king) was SPECTACULAR! The Christmas lights were lit up and we had two walls of window on a corner. I cannot say enough about what a cool layout, comfortable bed and bedding and just plain cozy and romantic! We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and it was perfect. The staff was so friendly and answered all our questions. We will be back!
